This is the continuations or conclusion, whichever way you look at it of the Batman: The Telltale Series. This is Episode 5: City of Light which is the final episode in the video game series.
This one climaxes with Batman taking it head-on with Lady Arkham and the ascension of Gordon to being the new police commissioner of Gotham City.

It was developed and published by Telltale Games. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment is the distributor. The game uses the Telltale Tool game engine.
The game is based in Gotham and features the usual suspects in one way or another including The Joker, The Penguin and Cat Woman among others.
