The annual this year, the three-day Blender Conference 2017 will be taking place from the 27th of October to the 29th of October of 2017. De Balie which is a 19th-century courthouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands is the official venue of the event.
This event is the premier global event for the entire Blender community consisting of developers, designers, artists, animators, game developers, and more.
The conference centers around all things Blender, which is an open source 3D content creation software.
Highlights of the Blender Conference 2017
Ton Roosendaal the creator of Blender will kick off the event with a keynote address followed by a series of talks presentations and workshops. There will also be roundtable and panel sessions running through all three days. All these will be hosted and brought by renowned Blender developers and users from different industry domains.
Suzanne Awards 2017
Suzanne Awards is a major part of the conference where awards are presented to Blender users of excellence. The awards will be given out in three categories of Animation, Design, and Short Film.
