Gears of War 4 is a sci-fi-themed shoot ’em up video game developed by The Coalition and published by Microsoft Studios. The game which is the fourth in the Gears of War series was released on October 11, 2016, for the Xbox One and Microsoft Windows platforms.
The game’s genre is a third-person shooter and comes in single-player and multiplayer modes.
Gears of War 4 the Plot
This episode takes place 25 years after the Imulsion countermeasure weapon destroyed all Imulsion on the planet Sera rendering the use of fossil fuels out, forcing humanity to adapt new ways for survival.
To save the surviving declining human population, the COG controls everything including restraining the population to the walled cities. Enter the outsiders who are somewhat rebels in this respect.
The game’s protagonist is the son of Marcus Fenix and Anya Stroud, J.D. Fenix who, alongside his friends Delmont “Del” Walker and Kait Diaz deal with new threats to humanity’s survival after deserting the COG and joining a group of outsiders.
