As we unleash this episodic video game, this time it’s Hitman Sapienza. All the way from Italy, we follow the missions of Agent 47 as he takes out the bad guys by all means necessary.
We are calling this action-adventure stealth video game Hitman Sapienza because that is where our visuals are based from. This PlayStation 4, Xbox One or Microsoft Windows Single-player game is developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix and is part of the wider Hitman series which takes place two years after the events of Hitman: Absolution.
Agent 47 is a genetically enhanced superhuman assassin sent out on contracted missions to eliminate targets around the world and that’s how we end up in Sapienza.
The methods used to eliminate the targets are totally left to the discretion of the assassin or third person Agent X. One key feature of Hitman is the player’s ability to disguise himself by taking on the clothes of victims of attire left lying around.
The disguises are key in allowing the player to infiltrate the ranks of targets security or to gain access to restricted areas of the levels. The intro pack of the latest series of the game was released on 11 May 2016 while Hitman Sapienza was released on 29 April 2016.
The seven-episode game will have the next five episode released monthly between May and September 2016. The next episode being Hitman Episode 3: Marrakesh to be released in June 2016.
