Early March 2016 Tom Clancy’s the Division hit the markets worldwide. This is a third-person shooter video game developed and published by Ubisoft and Red Storm Entertainment.
This multiplayer, action role-playing video game has been released for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One gaming platforms and is built on Ubisoft’s new proprietary engine known as Snowdrop.

Taking place in Manhattan in the middle of a crisis, the payer role is to investigate the source of a virus and restore order. The player carries an assortment of guns and explosives. He can use objects to hide behind and use to his tactical advantage as he sees fit.
Experience can be gained throughout the game and currency can be picked up to buy weapons and other assets. Side missions are available in addition to the main mission.
The player starts his business after Black Friday, where “Green Poison” a smallpox pandemic, transmitted by a virus planted onto banknotes, sweeps through New York City. The disease is also called “The Dollar Flu”, causing Manhattan to be placed under quarantine.
The Strategic Homeland Division, also known as “The Division”, is called in to assist emergency responders, “Joint Task Force” (JTF), in restoring order in the city.
