Dlib 19.1 Release C++ library has been announced for general availability. This free and open source library is available for use on multiple platforms.<\/p>\n
Dlib is a C++ library containing advanced machine learning algorithms and tools. Dlib is ideal for creating complex software in C++ to solve real-world problems.<\/p>\n
Dlib is highly capable in industry domains ranging from embedded devices to robotics. It is also ideal for mobile phones and large high-performance computing environments.<\/p>\n
The library which requires minimal external dependencies is supported on Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X. It will also work on POSIX systems including Solaris, HP-UX, and the various flavors BSDs.<\/p>\n
The current Dlib 19.1 Release has been upgraded to use cuDNN <\/a>5.1. Due to a bug in this version of cuDNN, it is not completely backward compatible with cuDNN 5.0, therefore, you will have to upgrade that too until further notice.<\/p>\n The rest of the updates are minor bug fixes and performance enhancements.
