Samsung released a statement <\/a>about the state of the Samsung Galaxy Note7<\/a> battery reports. Apparently the new devices have been having issues with batteries and the smartphone <\/a>maker revealed that they have received 35 cases and are looking into the issue.<\/p>\n The company has issued a voluntary global recall of every Galaxy Note7 device which will be replaced with a brand new one.<\/p>\n Samsung in their statement reiterated that customer safety is a priority. It would be an irresponsible risk to allow these devices with possible faulty batteries to continue to be used by consumers out there.<\/p>\n Samsung is working with the battery manufacturer to investigate and come to the root of the issue at hand.
