Vivaldi 1.4 has been announced for general availability. This version comes barely a month after the previous released reiterating the commitment the developer team has towards the end users.
Vivaldi is a web browser that is geared towards the end users’ individual needs. It allows users to customize almost every aspect of the browser and the entire experience behind it to suit the individual tastes.
What’s new in Vivaldi 1.4
This new version comes with more improvements in the theme change feature. It allows users to schedule theme changes . This allows you to set different themes for different times of the day. This way you can set themes as many times as you want to match your mood.
Another new feature is the ability to restore recently trashed tabs. There is now a trash icon that allows a you to use your middle mouse button to click on to restore tabs that have been recently trashed.
Web panels now support custom widths to suite the convenience of the user. The width required per panel is dependent on the content within it and Vivaldi 1.4 allows the user to now take advantage of this.
In addition to the new features mentioned above, there are several bug fixes, existing feature improvements and performance enhancements that have now been backed into this latest release.
